THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V585000 (STRUCTURE). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000.
